Q. What size options do you carry?

A. Our most popular sizes are

Mini Wall 7ft x 6ft

Half Wall 8ft x 4ft

Full Wall 8ft x 8ft

Extended Wall 8ft x 24

Premium Wall 10ft x 10ft

For all other custom sizes contact us for a quote.

Q. Can I setup myself to reduce the cost?

A. Unfortunately not. Every venue is unique & final touches are critical!! If we need to custom cut the frame on site or add any additional touches. Our JM Style Design team needs to be there to fix it.

Q. Is there any setup or delivery fees?

Set up and breakdown fees are included in the rental price. We offer free delivery for any venues located in a 15 mile radius from our studio in Huntsville Alabama. Delivery fee can be between $45.00-$65.00 For a more exact quote contact us!

Q. How do I book?

A. To book with us, there is a 50% deposit required to formalize the order. Payment is made through Our Website and PayPal. The remainder balance of the order must be paid in full 10 days before your event. All we need is your email address. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.

Q. How long does it take our team to setup?

A. A standard 8ft backdrop can take between 1-2hrs to setup. If we are setting up more than 2 backdrops you are looking at between 3-4hrs. For a better estimate be sure to call or text us for a more accurate  time frame.

Q: Can I request a specific color theme?

A:  Yes! We are able to swap out accent colors in replace of others. Color options will be available here soon but for now, please contact us with your ideas. Mood boards welcome!

Q: How do I place my order?

A: To get your order started, Contact us and We will email you with a few follow up questions and then I will send a contract your way. Once contract has been filled out and your deposit is paid your date is secure. 

JM STYLE DESIGNS LLC  POLICY

Our flowers are hand-made and individually designed. Each flower may slightly vary in design and size. Our flowers are made from card stock paper. Colors can be selected from the list.

You are welcome to contact JMSD for customized orders and special wishes. Pleas note that customize orders take a little more time to accomplish.

INSTALLATION

There is adhesive hanging tags on each flower to make installation easy. Flowers can be installed using command strips, hooks, double sided tape, or thumb tacks on hard surfaces such as walls. Flowers can also be installed using bar pins on fabric.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Water will damage the paper and may cause the colors to run and direct sunlight  can cause the colors to fade. By keeping your new paper flowers out of direct sunlight they can last for years and years. 

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Please note there may be delays with UPS due to COVID Pandemic 

all packages are sent via UPS. Our customers are responsible to provide JMSD with their correct address. We ship directly to the address given so please make sure that it is correct and up to date. Please contact JMSD if you would like your item shipped to another address.

Paper flowers are packed with bubble wrap, packing paper, Air bags & much more to secure the paper flowers during transit.

 

NO Returns or exchanges for ALL  paper flowers are FINAL, paper flowers do not have a refund option since all flowers are custom made for each client

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

JM Style Designs LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once its accepted at UPS, Please contact UPS if something happens to your package, JMSD will try our best to help you.
